In this lesson, we are going to introduce you to the Wuji posture, the beginning posture of all the Chinese internal arts. Far from being static, it is a dynamic state of reception and potential. The body, breath and mind are organized in a very specific way. Lao Zi in the Dao De Jing says “one gives birth to two, two gives birth to three, three gives birth to the ten-thousand things.” This is our beginning.
